THE TOWN OF MAYFIELD, FULTON COUNTY, NEW YORK, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Financial Report for the Town of Mayfield for fiscal year ended 2025 has been filed with the Town Clerk.  The report is available for inspection by any person, in the Town Municipal Building 28 N. School St., Mayfield NY between the hours 9:00am to 3:00pm

NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF 2026 TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL
(Pursuant to Section 506 and 1526 of the NYS Real Property Tax Law)

Notice is hereby given that the Assessor has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Mayfield in the County of Fulton for the year 2026. The Roll will be filed May 1st, 2026, and a certified copy of said Roll is at the Town Office, 28 N. School St., Mayfield, NY 12117 and can be viewed on the Fulton County website www.fultoncountyny.gov. The Board of Assessment Review will meet to hear complaints on assessments at the Town of Mayfield Offices, at 28 N. School St., Mayfield, NY 12117, between the hours of 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm on Tuesday, May 26th, 2026. The Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Roll at the Mayfield Town offices, Monday through Friday from 10am to 1pm and by appointment.
