NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids are sought and requested by the Town of Mayfield for paving of 4 town roads in the Town of Mayfield. Sealed bids will be received by the Mayfield Town clerk at 28 N. School St, Village of Mayfield New York until 12:00 noon on June 9th 2026. Bids will be opened by the Highway Committee at 12:05 PM. Bid specifications (link)are available at the Town Clerks office at 28 N. School St, Village of Mayfield NY 12117 during regular business hours of 9:00 am through 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. The Town of Mayfield reserves the right to reject and or all bids.
